This charge is deducted from the first month's rent so you do not have to pay anything up front.
For the ongoing Management, there is a fee of 10% of the monthly rent, with no VAT, deducted from the rent each month.

If you wish to have a hands on approach to letting out your property, Whitby Residential Lettings can just provide the FIND A TENANT Service which includes the marketing, referencing of tenants, helping you meet legal requirements, taking and registering/protecting the Tenancy Deposit, drawing up the Tenancy Agreement through to the handover at the start of the Tenancy. The ongoing management and keeping up with legal requirements is then the landlord's responsibility. The cost for this is a flat fee of £500.
